This Privacy Notice is effective from 1 February 2020
Waterworld Park Ltd. processes the personal data it holds in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time – in particular the Act on the Right to Self-Determination in Information and Freedom of Information Act CXII of 2011 – in accordance with international data protection conventions, EU legislation, advertising regulations, provisions on electronic commerce and other relevant legislation, and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Waterworld Park Kft. is committed to protecting the personal data of its users; it therefore aligns its data processing practices with the applicable legislation in force, whilst protecting and respecting users’ privacy.
Waterworld Park Kft. processes only the personal data of the User as specified in the Privacy Notice, for the duration and for the purposes specified in advance in this Privacy Notice, to which the User has given their consent, or the processing of which is required by law.
Waterworld Park Kft. shall take all necessary technical and organisational measures and establish procedures to ensure the security of personal data provided or made available by Users throughout the entire data processing process.
The terms used in this Privacy Notice shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions set out in the interpretative provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination in relation to information and freedom of information.

The purpose of data processing by Waterworld Park Kft. is:
(a) identifying Users, distinguishing them from other Users, maintaining contact with Users, and preventing unauthorised access to personal data;
(b) identification of user rights (the specific services available to the user);
c) to facilitate the personalisation of the Service and the use of convenience features;
(d) compiling statistics and analyses for the purpose of improving the Services;
(e) sending system messages relating to the Service;

In the context of advertising and/or content provision, Waterworld Park Kft. uses the data provided and made available by the User during registration and when using the Service (including data collected by Waterworld Park Kft., as well as data derived from information collected regarding user habits detected on the Websites operated by Waterworld Park Kft. via cookies placed by external service providers, and log data), conversion events to form user groups and to display targeted content and/or advertisements to these user groups on the Waterworld Park Kft. website(s). Waterworld Park Kft. may use an external service provider for the provision of targeted content and the display of advertisements.
The Data Controller shall act in accordance with the principles of good faith, fairness and transparency, and shall cooperate with data subjects in the course of data processing. The Data Controller shall process only data specified by law or provided by the data subjects, for the purposes set out below. The scope of the personal data processed shall be proportionate to the purpose of data processing and shall not exceed it. In any case where the Data Controller intends to use Personal Data for a purpose other than that for which the data was originally collected, it shall inform the data subject thereof and obtain their prior, explicit consent, or provide them with the opportunity to prohibit such use. The Data Controller does not verify the personal data provided to it; it verifies the data provided by legal entities from publicly available sources. The person providing the data is solely responsible for its accuracy. The company does not process the personal data of data subjects under the age of 16 in any form. The Data Controller shall not transfer the personal data it processes to any third party other than the Data Processors specified in this Policy. In cases required by law, the Data Controller shall make the personal data of data subjects available to third parties in connection with the company’s main and other activities. The Data Processors listed in this Policy shall, following the entry into force of this Policy, record, The Data Controller shall notify the Data Subject, as well as all those to whom the personal data was previously transferred for the purposes of data processing, of any rectification, restriction or erasure of the personal data processed by it. Such notification may be omitted if this does not infringe upon the User’s legitimate interests in view of the purpose of the data processing. In view of the relevant provisions of the GDPR, the Data Controller is not obliged to appoint a data protection officer, as the Data Controller does not qualify as a public authority or a body performing public tasks, and the Data Controller’s activities do not involve any operations which necessitate the regular and systematic monitoring of Users on a large scale; furthermore, the Data Controller does not process special categories of data, nor does it process personal data relating to decisions establishing criminal liability or to criminal offences. 13. Miscellaneous provisions
In accordance with current legislation, the Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice at any time by unilateral decision, and is entitled (but not obliged) to provide information about such amendments on its website; however, the current Privacy Notice is always available on its website. The amendment does not affect the data subjects’ exercise of their rights in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time. In the absence of a statement to the contrary from the data subject, they accept the current provisions of the Policy as consolidated with the amendments; furthermore, there is no need to seek the consent of individual users.
